After all this time -- 1,369 days to be exact -- since Trump was inaugurated, it’s come down to the last 14 days before the election to send him packing. You’ve been worried, you’ve yelled, you’ve stopped talking to friends, and you’ve waited and waited to kick him out of office. Well my friends, now is a time like no other. Time to save this democracy. Time to set us back on a path to progressive change. Time to Get. To. Work. It’s the home stretch and we need to do everything we can to get out the vote, help on Election Day, do whatever you can. You get the picture. Let's get going!

Let’s see what happens when the poor unidentified person who will have to be sent into witness protection cuts off Trump’s mic. Obama's in Philadelphia tomorrow! Barack Obama will be doing a “drive-in” election event tomorrow for Joe Biden. No details about location or timing yet. There is no public access, and the tickets are limited and doled out by the Biden campaign to supporters. BUT you can still catch it on the livestream on the Biden campaign’s website.

PROTECT THE ELECTION RESULTS
All of our actions to get out the vote are below. But first, let’s talk about what we’ll do after the election, in the disturbing but likely case that Trump decides to declare victory and order the voting to stop while mail-in ballots are still being counted, or if he refuses to leave office, or any number of other scenarios. We need to be prepared to act the moment he starts to interfere with the results of the election process. Sign up here.
Protect the Results is a network of groups concerned about Trump’s efforts to sow doubt about the election and his refusal to say if he will accept the results. This coalition includes over 100 grassroots organizations, progressive and conservative advocacy groups, government watchdogs, voting rights advocates, and labor unions.
We are planning “Count Every Vote” peaceful protests to demand that every vote is counted and to help ensure the peaceful transition of power.
What can you do? Right now, you can sign up here to get all the notifications for our event on November 4 at 5:00 pm on Paine Plaza. COVID precautions will be in place. We expect that these mobilizations will continue for at least a few days and so the events after this first one will feature different activities, such as car caravans, light brigades, and other actions. There will be something for everyone! But there is no doubt that raising our voices and being out on the streets will be essential. More information soon.

As Senator Toomey said about appointing a Supreme Court justice in 2016: “With the presidential election fewer than 8 months away, it is wise to give the American people a more direct voice in the selection and confirmation of the next justice.” Do the right thing and let the American people use their voice.

VOTE BY MAIL NOW IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY – HERE’S HOW
1. If you are mailing in your ballot, cast your vote on it and put it in the mail NOW.
2. You can take your voted ballot to a satellite office and drop it off, or drop it at one of the drop boxes. Find them all at this link.
3. You can vote on a voting machine at your polling place if you take your mail-in ballot package, including the envelopes, to your polling place and surrender it.
4. You can vote on a provisional paper ballot at your polling place if you forget to take your ballot. This is the least favored option because it could slow down voting.
