Happy Friday, Activists! We hope you've had a great week. We wanted to let you know about a great rally happening tomorrow as a remembrance of the January 6th attempt to destroy our democracy. We hope you can make it!
TOMORROW, Saturday, January 6, from 12-2 pm, our friends at H-CAN Indivisible are holding an rally as a remembrance of the January 6th attempted coup. It will be near the Liberty Bell at 6th & Chestnut Streets. The event is called "Register Voters, Defend Democracy." They wiil register voters and also share a "Call To Action" handout with passers-by describing how they can be vote-ready and make sure their friends and family are, too.
We can't let people forget about this attempt to destroy our democracy!
Again -- The event is TOMORROW, January 6th near the Liberty Bell at 6th & Chestnut Streets from 12 - 2pm.
They will have a few catchy signs that emphasize the message of defending our freedoms. and of course, you can bring your own signs too! The more the better!
