Happy Tuesday, Activists!

Do you realize what we did together on Saturday?!?  We were part - a big part - of the largest single day of protest this country has ever seen!  So give yourself a pat on the back!  An amazing 40,000 came to our rally!  (According to Philly Police Dept.)

And we've got some photos (courtesy of Joe Routon) and video here for you to enjoy.  We'll have more later in the week.

Check out the photos in Philadelphia Magazine

Here's an overhead video of the event, thanks to Overhead Productions.

Here's the video of the entire event from our live stream.

POSTCARDS

We've written SO many postcards already, reminding people to register to vote!  But this postcard project is soon coming to a close.  So order your postcards now, or by the deadline of next Monday, April 6th.  Remember, please put them in the mail by April 20th to ensure they are delivered with plenty of time for people to register to vote.

Here is how to get that done:

1. Click here to order your postcards. Order in sets of 50 postcards - 50, 100, 150, etc.

2. Donate $7.00 for every set of 50 postcards if you can.  If you can, please throw in a little more to help cover the cost for those who are unable to contribute.

3. Order postcard stamps online from USPS or from your local post office.  Click here to order stamps from USPS

4. If we need to ship the postcards to you, please donate an extra $10.00 to cover the cost of shipping.

COURAGE COLLECTIVE

You may know that Indivisible encourages meetings called  Courage Collectives, these are "community-based groups organized around shared identities to build power within key societal pillars and push institutions to resist authoritarian actions and defend democracy."

Several Indivisible Philadelphia members have formed a collective, Quaker Courage, which encourages the University of Pennsylvania to stand up to Trump. They just launched an open letter asking Penn's leadership to reject the federal government’s political control

Higher Ed is a key pillar and a key target of the Trump regime, and the University of Pennsylvania is one of a handful of universities and colleges that regime is targeting specifically. We invite Penn alumni, faculty, staff, students, and allies to sign on to the letter. If you have questions, or wish to join the Quaker Courage team, email info@quakercourage.org

IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN - WE ARE AMERICA MARCH!

The We Are America March (WAAM) is kicking off from Philadelphia on April 11th and arriving in DC on April 25th! You can join this pro-democracy movement: join for a mile, a day, or the whole way!

This 160-mile march was completed by 50 core marchers from around the country in September 2025, with hundreds more joining as day marchers. In April 2026, WAAM is aiming to double the number of core marchers and double the impact.

Over the course of 2 weeks, marchers will participate in training centered on non-violent direct action, teach-ins on pertinent social issues, and events co-hosted by local community members. Impact depend on family so a lot of.

WAAM leadership is committed to making the march as safe and accessible as possible. Following a carefully curated and tested route, marchers are accompanied by multiple support vehicles, safety marshals, and volunteer street medics. Core marchers (those marching for a week or more) are provided with food and housing accommodations.
